Verifying your identity is a simple 3-step process.
We will ask you to complete identity verification during the registration process. If you agree to verify your identity, you will start the process, as outlined below:
- Confirm your personal information (your name, birthday and nationality)
- Confirm your address (where you live)
- Confirm your identity (by uploading a photo of your passport/ID and proof of residence — i.e., a utility bill)
Verifying your identity takes 2-3 minutes to complete. Then, it will take our team up to 24-hours to check the information. Once we confirm everything is in order, you are free to buy or stake EUM.
